European providers in this space are emerging rapidly, driven by GDPR requirements for AI transparency and the EU AI Act's emphasis on explainability and compliance. The gap is maturity: most European offerings are early-stage compared to established US platforms like LangSmith or Braintrust, but the regulatory tailwind is strong and the sovereignty argument applies especially here, where sensitive prompts, reasoning traces, and compliance logs must stay under European jurisdiction.
